When you are ready to hire a nanny for your children you will review resumes and we arrange interviews in person or if candidate is out of state a virtual teleconference meeting. You may have applicants perform a 1-3 day paid work trial to doubly ensure it is a good fit for your family. We assist you with the hiring agreement and will refer you to a payroll company to set up your new employee. We are proponents for legal pay and recognize the nanny profession as a legitimate occupation.

Special Needs Care

We recognize that your children are as diverse as the caregivers who help them. Many of our candidates have experience with children with a variety of special needs. We are here for support.

Travel and Vacation Nannies

Bringing a nanny along on a trip will help your travels go smoothly and allow you to have a break . Our nannies know the importance of keeping your children nap and meal routine similar to home while away from home. An extra set of hands is invaluable while on vacation.
